FEES/SERVICES - CALL FOR PRICING

Virtual/In-Person Visitation rates are established at the Intake/Interview.

Fees charged for the Intake/Interview are billable based on tasks/work performed. Fees are due immediately upon confirmation of appointment day/time. Fees are payable via ZELLE 48 hours prior to the virtual/in-person visit/intake interview and are non-refundable.  Virtual visit fees are 30 minutes minimum. Travel fees may apply in-person visits/exchanges. Holiday visitations have premium rates. Fees are subject to change.

 Fees for court ordered programs (parenting, AM, DV, etc) are paid monthly via Zelle.

 

Cancellation / No Show/Policy or Court Order Violation –Fees are non-refundable and are not transferred to future classes

 A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for court ordered visits AND all services.  Visits are cancelled after Professional Providers/CP have waited 20 minutes for NCP arrival.
